It does help with stomach.

I use only at night, it seems to help drain fluids by morning, and stomach seems flatter.
I use about 3-4 sprays, massage in with hands in circular motion, then once all over, use the body glove to " massage " it in for another minute. It helps to make sure product well massaged into skin where it can work while you sleep, and body rejuvenates itself.
I like it so well, recently ordered my 2nd bottle!
