Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns for any damaged product purchased at www.paullabrecque.com upon receiving your item within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at 212-998-7816 to coordinate your return.
Any problems, damages, missing items or issues with your shipment must be reported via email within 2 days of delivery to customercare@paullabrecque.com.
We will gladly accept returns for any unopened products in their original packaging with all safety seals intact within 7 business days of delivery. The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once received and your order is confirmed as unopened we will refund the full purchase price of your item to your original form of payment less the outgoing shipping expense and a $25 restocking fee per item. Returns or exchanges for orders for items purchased must be:
1. Returned with a dated receipt
2. Unopened/not used and In its original packaging with all safety seals intact.
The return shipping expense plus the outgoing shipping expense and a $25 restocking fee per item is the responsibility of the customer unless the package or product was received damaged or in error and is being replaced by www.paullabrecque.com.
Returns can not be accepted on items that have been opened or used.
Paul Labrecque is not responsible for any adverse or allergic reactions to the use of any beauty, skin, hair, body or makeup product. We cannot guarantee the specific performance results of any beauty product as results vary with use, personal medical conditions, use of medications and the condition of one's individual skin or hair.
We strongly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list of any product prior to purchase to determine your specific restrictions or food and skin allergies. If there is any question we strongly recommend consulting a physician prior to purchase.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
Paul Labrecque can only guarantee a package is delivered and confirmed by the USPS tracking system to the address provided with your order.
Paul Labrecque is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages once shipments delivery has been confirmed with a valid tracking number. If a package is lost, stolen or misplaced it is the responsibility of the customer to track or file a claim with the USPS.
We strongly encourage selecting the "Signature Required" option at checkout if you have concerns about the security of your shipping address. This will ensure no package is left unattended and only delivered with a signature by the recipient. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages with a confirmed tracking by the shipper.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping charges for a returned item. The cost of return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the sender. www.paullabrecque.com will pay for all return shipping fees on any damaged products.
A full refund to your credit card for the original price paid for a product will be issued within 30 days of www.paullabrecque.com receiving the returned item. The credit for your return cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you are returning a gift, you may do so if the item is unopened, not used and in it’s original packaging. You may choose either a credit to an existing Gift Card or a store merchandise credit. If you paid with a Gift Card(s), the debited amount will be credited to the card number(s), enabling you to reuse your Gift Card(s) towards future purchases online or in stores.
You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been processed and your financial institution has been notified. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post your credit.
Prior approval should be confirmed on all returns in question by calling 212-988-7816. Refunds for damaged products must be approved prior to shipment to www.paullabrecque.com. All damaged products will be exchanged for the same replacement item. www.paullabrecque.com will incur all shipping and handling fees for the exchange and replacement of any damaged items.
