Creme Splendide -- Toning Face Cream ** 50ml/1.7fl oz

I have been using Biologique for almost 6 years and have tried many of their products. I'm a devotee of the P50 (prefer it with phenol!) and Masque Vivant. I'm going to be 49 next month and have been noticing that my neck looks less toned and starting to look a bit crepey. This is the first moisturizer that I can say with certainty gives a perceptible toning effect. It also feels luxuriously hydrating and it's so so smooth. I enjoy massaging it in with upward motions and the smell is negligible for those that don't like heavy scents. I'm very happy with it!

I have been bouncing around B.R creams and have combination skin, sensitive in some spots with minor pigmentation on the cheeks. Also sometimes I am prone to a spot of two of hormonal acne. I also periodically wear makeup, so I need a cream that moisturizes and doesn't cause me to have a greasy face nor breakouts. This actually does the job and more. I started with the placenta cream but didn't see much results with that one. This one has been suitable for my skin type and lets my makeup sit on top quite well without having my makeup run at the end of the day nor does it cause me to have breakouts. Also it has a little toning effect, not significant but slight firmness if I massage it into my face (in an upward motion). The smile lines appear less pronounced and more plump. The scent is muted for a BR product and the texture absorbs quickly into the skin. This is definitely a must in your skincare routine if you have combo skin type.

I took a chance on Creme Spelindide because LaMer was no longer working for my skin. I am very pleased as it does seem to tone my skin and provide moisture without greasiness. In fact, my skin is beginning to look good enough to go without makeup.

I’ve purchased so many BR products from PL and let me tell you ,they never dissapoint ,EVER!!

All BR products for the face from Demopurifiante to Placenta to Iso Placenta now to Splendide have been the best my face has ever experienced . Br products are my fav!

First and foremost I am happy with my purchases from Paull Labrecque. They always are quick in sending ordes and generous samples. This time When I placed my order I even asked for a specific sample from a creme that I had not tried before sure enough I got two sample of that cream with my order.
All that being said, since I am using this brand and Splendid creme for about 10 years, I should say I liked the consistency of the old version better. I cant say if the effectiveness also has changed or not because I dont know how and why the ingredients has changed. Lets hope it is for better result.
