What is the difference between the New Biologique Recherche VIP O2 Skincare collection and the olde original formula?
The original formulas contain the perfluorodecalin and polyperfluoromethylisopropyl ingredients. More commonly known as a PFAS. This ingredient is a passive carrier of oxygen to the skin. It helps to trap oxygen molecules that are then delivered to the skin when applied. It does cause the slight bubbling effect in the VIP O2 products. The product is slowly being banned in the USA due to its adverse impact on the environment.
The new formulas will not contain these two ingredients. Instead the formula now contains a more effective and active ingredients that carry oxygen and deliver it deeper into the skin. The new patented VIP O2 complex augments the skin's ability to metabolize with the power of melatonin to oxygenate skin for a healthier complexion.
