Biologique Recherche Lotion P50 Corps is a body lotion that gently exfoliates and works well. It has alpha, beta, and poly-hydroxy acids in it to smooth out rough skin, clear up congestion (like keratosis pilaris or ingrown hairs), balance the skin's pH, clean the skin, and get it ready to absorb other products better.

Best Time to Apply
- Once or twice a day, in the morning and/or evening, is best for daily use, depending on how your skin reacts.
- A lot of people like to apply it at night after showering so that it can exfoliate overnight.
- Best used before or after hair removal to keep hairs from growing back in, or to get skin ready for self-tanner or sun exposure.
- Use sun protection when your treated skin is in the sun because the acids in the product can make your skin more sensitive.
- If your skin is sensitive, start with 2–3 times a week and work your way up to daily use. Change how often you do it based on your skin type and how well you can handle it.

How to Use the Product
1. Before each use, shake well.
2. After showering, apply to clean, dry skin.
3. Spray directly onto the skin—the bottle has a spray for even, easy application, even in hard-to-reach places like the back.
4. Use gentle, upward strokes to apply Lotion P50 Corps to clean, dry skin all over your body. Apply light pressure and let the lotion soak in completely before putting on more body care products or getting dressed.
5. Pay extra attention to areas that are rough or congested, like your knees, elbows, heels, thighs, and arms.
6. For better exfoliation, you can pair it with a body massage glove using soft, controlled movements (for thicker skin, use Biologique Recherche's silicone Massage Glove; for delicate skin, use a damp washcloth).
7. Wait a few minutes for it to fully absorb before layering on body creams, oils, or serums—this helps them work better and penetrate deeper.
