Bobs – The latest trend in African American hair is the short
to shoulder length bob, says Redken hairstylist Yusef.
How to get it
- Repair hair with a mask, Yusef advises, because
“coming off the summer, hair has been through so much.”
- Always condition with a treatment spray before heat
styling.
- Choose your texture. This style can be worn with
loose curls from a large-barreled iron or blown out straight.
Leave-in conditioner “ This makes it easier to blowdry,
protects hair from heat and makes it soft,” says Yusef.
