A few days post-waxing, the best thing you can do to stay soft and
stubble-free is to exfoliate. Buff away dry skin with a salt scrub tow
to three times a week. Tweeze hairs that sprout mid-cycle.
This removes them from the root, just like waxing, explains Aldona Roth,
and esthetician at the Paul Labrecque Salon in New York City. If
you've got a lot of stubble, Roth suggests using a precut cold-wax strip
to remove hairs that are at least a quarter inch long.
