Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns for any product purchased at paullabrecque.com
upon receiving your item within 30 days of the purchase date. The item
purchased must be:
1. Returned with a dated receipt
2. Unopened/not used 3.In its original
packaging.
Returns can not be accepted on items that have been opened or used.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping charges for
the returned item and the cost of return shipping and handling is the
responsibility of the sender. Paullabrecque.com will pay for all return
shipping fees on any damaged products.
A full refund to your credit card for the original price paid for a
product will be issued within 30 days of paullabrecque.com receiving
the returned item. The credit for your return cannot be exchanged for
cash.
If you are returning a gift, you may do so if the item is unopened,
not used and in it’s original packaging. You may choose either
a credit to an existing Gift Card or a store merchandise credit. If you
paid with a Gift Card(s), the debited amount will be credited to the
card number(s), enabling you to reuse your Gift Card(s) towards future
purchases online or in stores.
You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been processed and
your financial institution has been notified. Please note it may take
up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post your credit.
Prior approval should be confirmed on all returns in question by calling
1.888.757-2566. Refunds for damaged products must be approved
prior to shipment to paullabrecque.com by receiving a return number.
This return number must be referenced on the outside of your returned
package. All damaged products will be exchanged for the same replacement
item. paullabrecque.com will incur all shipping and handling fees for
the exchange and replacement of all damaged items.
Returns and refunds cannot be accepted after 30 days and
are not redeemable for cash.

Paullabrecque.com is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen
in transit. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the unused
returned item is carefully packed, shipped and received in its original
condition.
