are good for the
dollar amount assigned and can be applied to the cost
of any service. Gift cards are not redeemable
for a specific service.
Please note there is a dormant
fee structure on all gift cards. A monthly fee of $3.50
will be issued after 13 months and a $10 fee per month after
35 months on all dormant or unused gift cards. The value on
all gift cards expires after a period of 5 years.
